Exercise is essential for young children to develop healthily, use their energy and develop their ability to concentrate.

THE BENEFITS OF SPENDING AN HOUR ON TRAMPOLINES
- You can do several types of workouts: jumping, climbing, obstacle course, basketball hoops, board jumps, spider wall, sponge pit jumps
- Trampoline jumping is a full-body workout, more effective than running
- Trampoline exercises help strengthen muscles and improve balance and agility
- An hour on the trampolines releases adrenaline, dopamine and serotonin, so a positive experience is guaranteed
HOW CAN I ORGANISE GYM CLASS AT THE JUMPING HOUSE?
Very easy: if you are a teacher, book a group of at least 10 students, anytime from Monday to Friday between 10 am and 4 pm.
Special price: 30 lei/ student/ hour + 10 lei special jumping socks.
Socks are only purchased by children who do not have special socks purchased from us. Socks can be washed and reused whenever you return to the Jumping House.
Offer only valid for classes accompanied by teacher/principal/teacher. The accompanying teacher has FREE entry!
