Bounce with people who have a physical constitution similar to yours.<\/li><li>Avoid dangerous manoeuvres! You can perform them at your own risk solely if you have adequate proficiency in order to avoid hurting yourself or other persons.<\/li><li>Do not climb on the protection nets and do not touch the basketball hoop.<\/li><li>It is recommended to do the bounces in the middle of the trampoline, otherwise injuries may occur by hitting the frame. Do not jump directly on the safety frame.<\/li><li>Inadequate circulation from the trampolines to the garden or platform areas can lead to ankle fractures or other injuries. Please do not run from the trampoline to the garden areas.<\/li><li>Bouncing with a foreign object increases the risk of injury as well. Our purpose is to offer quality services for the activities performed in the park. Besides its trampoline area\u00a0 Jumping House \u2013 Skyland Park SRL includes a great number of imaginative and interesting original events. These include, without limitation to trampolines, basketball hoop, climbing wall, foam pit, olympic trampolines, parkour, ninja course, spider wall. There is a relaxation area for the parents from where they can watch the trampoline area.<\/p><p>Throughout the present Bylaws, wherever the phrases \u201eJumping House\u201d, \u201ethe trampoline park\u201d, \u201ewe\u201d are mentioned they shall be construed as referencing to the company\u00a0 Skyland Park SRL, with its headquarters in Cluj Napoca, no. 118\/2 Eremia Grigorescu St., Cluj County, registered with the Trade Register under no.\u00a0 J12\/103\/2019 and having its Tax Identification Code\u00a0 RO40417679. Any participant in the activities performed by Skyland Park in the Jumping House location in Cluj-Napoca, no. 2-4 Tudor Vladimirescu St., is considered to be a \u201eParticipant\u201d in the sense of the present Bylaw.<\/p><p>Every Participant shall observe to the letter the rules given:<\/p><ul><li>on the internet page <a href=\"http:\/\/www.jumpinghouse.ro\/\">jumpinghouse.ro<\/a><\/li><li>in the contents of the Bylaws,<\/li><li>in the contents of the document Terms and Conditions,<\/li><li>through the displays in the Jumping House location,<\/li><li>in the contents of the video instructions taken note of by any participant in the Jumping House activities,<\/li><li>told by the Jumping House representatives.<\/li><\/ul><p>The inobservance of these rules gives Skyland Park the right to apply the sanction of interrupting immediately the access to the Jumping House location and the ban from participating in the future activities performed by us. All such rules, policies, proceedures are an integral part of the present <em>Bylaws.<\/em><\/p><p>The goal of Jumping House is to offer amusement, excitement, challenge and physical activity varying from moderate to intense \u2013 depending on the participant's wish. While Jumping House offers multiple advantages to the participants, the activities performed in Jumping House, as all physical activities, imply some inherent risks (risks that cannot be eliminated without changing the nature of the activity). Jumping House feels that it is important that the adult Participant (or the minor participant and the parents or guardian) understand the inherent risks of the activities performed in Jumping House. Only the persons who are physically fit and have received the clearance from their physician should perform the activities carried out within Jumping House. Participantii au acces \u00een Loca\u021bie doar pe baza unui bilet de intrare cumparat la receptie sau in baza abonamentelor sau cardurilor de participant care trebuie prezentat la fiecare vizit\u0103 \u00een club. Minorii (persoanele sub 18 ani) vor fi \u00eenso\u021bi\u021bi de c\u0103tre p\u0103rin\u021bi la prima vizit\u0103 la Jumping House, care \u00ee\u0219i vor da acordul scris pentru fiecare dintre copiii minori. Ulterior, minorii vor prezenta Acordul de participare semnat de c\u0103tre p\u0103rin\u021bi.<\/li><li>Participantii sunt obliga\u021bi s\u0103 \u00ee\u0219i depoziteze toate gen\u021bile, accesoriile vestimentare (curele, bijuterii ascu\u021bite, ceasuri etc.) \u0219i bunurile personale din buzunare (ex. chei, telefoane, portmonee etc.) \u00een dulapurile special amenajate pentru participan\u021bii la activit\u0103\u021bile Jumping House. Accesul \u00een zona de trambuline este strict interzis cu obiectele descrise anterior. Jumping House nu poate fi f\u0103cut responsabil pentru bunurile personale din Loca\u021bia Jumping House (vestiare, zona de trambuline, zona de supraveghere \u0219i relaxare etc.).<\/li><li>Accesul \u00een zona de trambuline este permis numai unui num\u0103r de maxim 30 persoane odat\u0103 \u0219i numai dup\u0103 vizionarea video-ului \/citirea regulamentului care cuprinde Regulile de Siguran\u021b\u0103 ale zonei de trambuline.<\/li><li>Accesul \u00een zona de trambuline este permis doar participantilor care au o \u00eembr\u0103c\u0103minte comod\u0103 (ex. trening, tricou, pantaloni scur\u0163i adecva\u0163i s\u0103lilor de antrenament) adecvat\u0103 mi\u0219c\u0103rilor \u0219i activit\u0103\u021bilor desf\u0103\u0219urate de Jumping House \u0219i \u00eenc\u0103l\u021b\u0103minte const\u00e2nd \u00een \u0219osetele speciale achizitionate de la Jumping House. Este interzis\u0103 intrarea participantilor \u015fi\/sau a altor persoane \u00een zona de trambuline cu pantofi de strad\u0103.<\/li><li>Vestiarul \u015fi cheia de la vestiar pot fi utilizate de c\u0103tre participanti numai pe parcursul unei singure intr\u0103ri \u00een incinta Loca\u021biei. Participantilor le este interzis s\u0103 depoziteze peste noapte obiecte personale \u00een vestiarele Jumping House.Participantii \u00ee\u015fi pot p\u0103stra toate bunurile personale \u00eenchise \u00een vestiare \u0219i vor p\u0103stra cheia \u00een siguran\u021b\u0103 asupra lor. Participantii sunt singurii responsabili pentru bunurile personale, care r\u0103m\u00e2n \u00een paza \u0219i custodia acestora pe toat\u0103 durata \u0219ederii \u00een Loca\u021bia Jumping House. Toate vestiarele se vor goli dup\u0103 utilizare. Jumping House \u00ee\u0219i rezerva dreptul de a goli vestiarele la sf\u00e2r\u0219itul fiec\u0103rei zile lucr\u0103toare, \u00een func\u021bie de programul comunicat, c\u00e2nd vestiarele se vor deschide automat. Bunurile personale sau orice alte bunuri g\u0103site \u00een vestiare, vor fi p\u0103strate \u00eentr-o pung\u0103 de plastic sigilat\u0103, \u00eentr-un spa\u021biu de depozitare. Nicio clauz\u0103 din prezentul Regulament Intern de Func\u021bionare \u0219i nicio ac\u021biune sau declara\u021bie a vreunui prepus participant la activitatile Jumping House nu va fi interpretat\u0103 ca o obliga\u021bie a Jumping House de a asigura paza bunurilor personale ale Participantului ori ca o preluare \u00een custodie ori depozit a acestora, sens \u00een care Jumping House este exonerat\u0103 de orice r\u0103spundere pentru pierderea, deteriorarea (total\u0103 sau par\u0163ial\u0103) sau pentru furtul bunurilor personale ale participantilor, pe perioada c\u00e2t ace\u015ftia se afl\u0103 \u00een incinta Loca\u021biei.<\/li><li>Participantii sunt obliga\u021bi s\u0103 aib\u0103 un comportament respectuos, amabil \u0219i adecvat unii fa\u0163\u0103 de ceilal\u0163i \u00een vederea evit\u0103rii oric\u0103ror situa\u021bii nepl\u0103cute \u00een urma c\u0103rora ar putea surveni daune morale sau fizice (violen\u0163\u0103 fizic\u0103, insulte, afectarea emo\u0163ional\u0103 a celorlal\u021bi participan\u021bi).<\/li><li>Participantii sunt obliga\u021bi s\u0103 semnaleze reprezentan\u021bilor Jumping House orice aspect nefiresc sau care afecteaz\u0103 siguran\u021ba \u0219i buna desf\u0103\u0219urare a activit\u0103\u021bilor identificat \u00een cadrul Loca\u021biei. De asemenea, participantii sunt \u00eendruma\u021bi s\u0103 semnaleze reprezentan\u021bilor Jumping House orice eveniment ce implic\u0103 ame\u0163eal\u0103, lipsa de aer, senza\u0163ie de le\u015fin, \u0219i s\u0103 opreasc\u0103 instant orice activitate fizica intens\u0103.<\/li><li>Sunt interzise fotografierea \u015fi filmarea f\u0103r\u0103 aprobarea reprezentan\u021bilor Jumping House<\/li><li>Convorbirile telefonice sunt interzise \u00een incinta zonei de trambuline.<\/li><li>Accesul \u00een Loca\u021bia Jumping House este interzis persoanelor aflate sub influen\u021ba alcoolului sau a substan\u021belor stupefiante, substan\u0163elor stimulante sau a medica\u0163iei antidepresive, precum \u0219i a persoanelor aflate sub tratament sau care sufer\u0103 de afec\u021biuni medicale \u0219i care nu au primit acordul medicului.<\/li><li>Fumatul este interzis \u00een Loca\u021bia Jumping House (inclusiv fumatul cu dispozitive electronice). Fumatul \u015fi folosirea tutunului nu sunt permise \u00een incinta Loca\u021biei Jumping House. Accesul \u00een cadrul Loca\u021biei Jumping House sub influen\u021ba alcoolului, drogurilor, stimulentelor, sedativelor \/ substan\u021belor halucinogene sau substan\u021belor ilegale sau unor altor asemenea substan\u021be sau consumul acestora \u00een cadrul Loca\u021biei, precum \u0219i comercializarea\/v\u00e2nzarea acestora, este interzis\u0103. Participantii sunt informa\u021bi prin prezentul de faptul c\u0103 activit\u0103\u021bile desf\u0103\u0219urate \u00een cadrul Jumping House sub influen\u021ba unor asemenea substan\u021be pot afecta capacitatea Participantului de a desf\u0103\u0219ura activit\u0103\u021bi sportive sau de a folosi oricare dintre facilit\u0103\u021bile existente \u00een Loca\u021bie \u0219i pot avea consecin\u021be deosebit de grave asupra s\u0103n\u0103t\u0103\u021bii lor.<\/li><li>Nu este permis accesul \u00een Loca\u021bie dup\u0103 ora \u00eenchiderii. \u00cen acest sens, participantii au obliga\u021bia de a verifica orarul Juming House \u0219i orice eventuale modific\u0103ri intervenite datorit\u0103 evenimentelor private sau a unor cauze diverse. Nu este permis accesul participantilor \u00een zonele destinate exclusiv personalului Jumping House.<\/li><li>Este interzis\u0103 intrarea Participantilor sau a oric\u0103ror persoane cu produse alimentare \u00een caserole \/ sau alte recipiente ori cu pahare sau s\u0103 \u00ee\u0219i prepare m\u00e2ncare \u00een cadrul Loca\u021biei Jumping House, cu excep\u021bia celor procurate din cadrul Jumping House \u0219i care se vor servi exclusiv \u00een aria special amenajat\u0103.<\/li><li>Participan\u021bilor li se interzice utilizarea \u00een Loca\u021bia Jumping House a\u00a0 unui limbaj neadecvat sau ofensator precum \u0219i orice tip de violen\u0163\u0103 fizic\u0103 \u015fi\/sau verbal\u0103, at\u00e2t fa\u0163\u0103 de ceilal\u0163i Participanti c\u00e2t \u015fi fa\u0163\u0103 de personalul Jumping House. Participantii care sunt nemul\u021bumi\u0163i de serviciile Jumping House le este recomandat s\u0103 se adreseze personalului Jumping House sau s\u0103 redacteze o reclama\u021bie c\u0103tre adresa <a href=\"mailto:jump@jumpinghouse.ro\">jump@jumpinghouse.ro<\/a>.<\/li><li>Constituie \u00eenc\u0103lc\u0103ri ale Regulamentului Intern de Func\u0163ionare, ale Termenelor \u0219i Condi\u021biilor \u0219i ale politicilor interne, regulilor \u0219i procedurilor, urm\u0103toarele ac\u0163iuni sau omisiuni:<\/li><\/ol><ul><li>\u00eenc\u0103lcarea regulilor de acces \u00een Loca\u021bie,<\/li><li>\u00eenc\u0103lcarea regulilor privind accesul copiilor,<\/li><li>nerespectarea orelor de program,<\/li><li>folosirea unui limbaj neadecvat, ofensator,<\/li><li>fumatul \u00een incinta Loca\u021biei,<\/li><li>\u00eenc\u0103lcarea reguilor de securitate \u0219i conduita \u00een cadrul zonei de trambuline,<\/li><li>efectuarea de s\u0103rituri duble,<\/li><li>comportamentul neadecvat, violen\u0163a fizic\u0103 sau verbal\u0103 fa\u021b\u0103 de celelalte persoane prezente \u00een Loca\u021bie, indiferent de calitatea acestora,<\/li><li>nerespectarea regulilor referitoare la igien\u0103 \u015fi cur\u0103\u0163enie,<\/li><li>de\u0163inerea \u015fi\/sau folosirea armelor de foc, cu gaz, electro\u015focuri precum \u015fi orice fel de arme,<\/li><li>utilizarea oric\u0103ror forme de violen\u0163\u0103,<\/li><li>efectuarea de fotografii \u015fi\/sau \u00eenregistr\u0103ri video \u00een incinta Jumping House, f\u0103r\u0103 acordul prealabil al Jumping House,<\/li><li>folosirea \u00een mod necorespunz\u0103tor a echipamentelor din zona de trambuline, precum \u015fi orice alte ac\u0163iuni \u0219i\/sau omisiuni\/\u00eenc\u0103lc\u0103ri care sunt calificate de c\u0103tre conducerea Jumping House ca fiind \u00eenc\u0103lc\u0103ri ale prezentului Regulament.<\/li><\/ul><p>16. Jumping House nu va fi responsabil\u0103 pentru eventualele accident\u0103ri sau v\u0103t\u0103m\u0103ri de orice natur\u0103 a Participantilor \u00een interiorul Loca\u021biei.<\/p><p>17. Orice sugestie, reclama\u021bie, pl\u00e2ngere, sesizare sau solicitare din partea Participantilor (\u201cCererea\u201d) se va formula \u00een scris \u0219i se depune la recep\u021bia Loca\u021biei Jumping House \u00een cel mult 15 zile lucr\u0103toare de la data producerii evenimentului. Cererea va trebui s\u0103 con\u0163in\u0103 obligatoriu urm\u0103toarele elemente: numele \u015fi prenumele persoanei care adreseaz\u0103 pl\u00e2ngerea\/denumirea, \u00een cazul persoanei juridice; calitatea acestuia (numai dac\u0103 persoana care semneaz\u0103 pl\u00e2ngerea este \u00eemputernicit al unei alte persoane ori reprezentant al unei persoane juridice); datele de identificare: domiciliu, CNP, serie \u015fi num\u0103r de buletin, \u00een cazul persoanei fizice\/ sediu social, cod unic de identificare, num\u0103r de \u00eenregistrare \u00een Registrul Comer\u0163ului, \u00een cazul persoanei juridice; descrierea complet\u0103 a evenimentului precum \u015fi data c\u00e2nd s-a produs \u015fi, dac\u0103 este cazul, ora la care s-a produs; adresa complet\u0103 \u015fi corect\u0103 la care r\u0103spunsul Jumping House va fi expediat; data \u00eentocmirii; semn\u0103tura persoanei care adreseaz\u0103 Cererea (\u015fi \u015ftampila dac\u0103 este vorba de o persoan\u0103 juridic\u0103). Toate Cererile adresate vor fi solu\u021bionate \u00een termen de 15 zile lucr\u0103toare de la data \u00eenregistr\u0103rii acestora \u00een eviden\u021bele Jumping House. Jumping House \u00ee\u015fi rezerv\u0103 dreptul de a refuza solu\u0163ionarea Cererii dac\u0103 oricare dintre elementele de mai sus lipsesc.
