HOW TO ACCESS THE TRAMPOLINE AREA?
Access to the trampoline park is done by ID card (or other proof of age) and by the rules available here.
HOW CAN I DRESS?
Wear loose, comfortable clothing (e.g. shorts, sweatpants, t-shirt, etc.), not too loose, no studs, buckles or other blunt objects or accessories.
Read the park rules for more details.
DO I NEED SPECIAL SOCKS?
Yes, access to the trampolines is only allowed with Jumping House non-slip socks.
These can be purchased from the reception in any size for 10 lei and can be reused for the next time.
CAN I BUY TICKETS ONLINE?
Not at the moment, but you can make a reservation online and pay at the reception desk when you arrive.
No card information is required for reservations.
IS BOOKING MANDATORY?
Booking is mandatory and the maximum number of jumpers on the trampolines simultaneously is 25 in Cluj and 60 in Oradea.
DO I HAVE TO FILL IN A PARTICIPATION WAIVER?
Yes, it is mandatory.
Each jumper will fill out a Jumping Participation Waiver, whereby they agree to enter the trampoline park area with full knowledge of their health.
In addition, they will take note of all park rules for their safety and that of other jumpers.

HOW DO I HANDLE THE PARTICIPATION WAIVER FOR MINORS?
The waiver for minors (anyone under 18 years of age) must be completed by an accompanying parent/guardian/adult.

IF I BRING 2 CHILDREN, A 5-YEAR-OLD AND A 12-YEAR-OLD, CAN THEY BOTH ENTER AT THE SAME TIME?
Yes. Children aged 3-6 can enter the trampoline park during the general access hours until 7 pm, provided they are accompanied by at least one adult.
WHERE CAN I LEAVE MY BELONGINGS?
There are cupboards with locks for each jumper.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY RESERVATION?
Send an email to jump@jumpinghouse.ro or leave a message on Facebook messenger Jumping House with the name and time of the reservation you wish to cancel.
ARE THERE PARKING SPOTS?
Of course!
CAN I PURCHASE GIFT CARDS OR VOUCHERS?
Yes, there is a voucher option at reception and online. We will soon issue gift cards. You can also get vouchers online. Email jump@jumpinghouse.ro or Facebook chat or Instagram and you'll get all the details.
